A while ago we featured some luxurious products from Whish. They were so kind as to send us some samples so we could try them and we were so excited! Thank you Whish! We are always excited when a package arrives, but little did we know what was in store for us! We opened the box to find the most darling and thoughtful packaging! Impressive! Each piece was individually wrapped and placed inside the signature Whish box. It was so cute, we almost didn’t want to unwrap it! They sent us the Pomegranate Shave Crave Shaving Cream, the Almond Shave Savour (an aftershave for women), and the Flawless Bump Fighter.

These products are divine!! If you are like us, you are using a razor on its last leg and some shaving cream made for men. So sad. We can’t tell you how wonderful it is to have out very own products!! Well, it is won-der-ful! The Pomegranate Shave Crave smells so yummy and feels like silk - LOVE IT! No shaving nicks! (That’s a first!) The Almond Shave Savour is our favorite, making your skin feel silky and smooth all day. We are especially thankful that it is so kind to sensitive skin. Finally, the fantastic, the fabulous, the Flawless Bump Fighter! This is no joke people, this really works! Indulge yourself! We sure did!

Ok, these could be THE MOST COMFORTABLE shoes ever made! (In a heel of course.)
The Wedding Chicks LOVE all things Nike, especially the running shoes! So when we
found about about Cole Haan heels designed with Nike Air technology, we just had to try
them.  So Jocey and I went shopping for shoes together (to wear to our launch party).
She bought a darling pair of Coach wedges and I picked up the Cole Haan pictured above
on the left. After being on our feel for 3 and a half hours, Jocey was in agony with her
shoes and I could literally jump up and down in mine and I felt like I could run a still run
a mile. This is a big deal to me because I can usually only be found in Rainbow sandals.
Just to be sure that it wasn’t a comfort fluke, I decided to wear them to shoot a wedding!
Crazy, I know, but I had to put them to the test! I ran all over the property, up and down
hills, I was standing, squatting, and balancing and I lasted the whole day! One of the
guests even commented that she couldn’t believe that I was shooting in heels!

So brides, if you want a pretty shoe that will be kind to your foot, be sure to try on
a pair of these fabulous shoes! It is a rare wedding day if we don’t hear a bride complain
about her feet hurting, and most brides change in to some kind of flip flop after the
ceremony. So why buy those super expensive shoes that are unrealistic for actual walking?
We LOVE shoes, don’t get us wrong, but walking is inevitable at your wedding.

A Summer rehearsal dinner in the backyard could be fun and festive with the right
planning! A tasty menu, some cute invites, and a few great details are all you need!

MENU
Start with a Tea bar with a selection of refreshing iced teas:

Follow that up with a Strawberry and Feta Salad; a lively mixture of lettuce, strawberries,
almonds, and feta is tossed with a tangy oil and vinegar dressing!  Then a great barbecued
gourmet burger. Gourmet burgers with all kinds of fun toppings!! How would you take your
gourmet burger? Gorgonzola cheese, roma tomatoes, crispy onions, sautéed mushrooms,
Bermuda onions, crumbled blue cheese, sun dried tomatoes, guacamole, or how about a
spicy jalapeno spread? This is super unique and something that I think that all of the guests
will really appreciate and enjoy! Finish it all of with some S'more Brownies!

Move over Doorman! Doors aren't just for walking through anymore! Doors are a unique
accessory for your wedding! You might look at your photographer sideways when you are
aked to go stand in front of a door, but just do it! Your photographer has an eye for this
stuff! Doors can really make your photos look extra cool with all of the different shapes,
sizes, and colors! So next time you are scouting locations, be sure to check out the doors!
